I'm happy this is working out this way for you! I have flirted with the idea myself - even updated the resume yesterday but when I truly think about going through the hassle of a 'new' job and all the things to give up that you grow accustomed to - well - it does put things into perspective.
I think it's awesome they are willing to step up to the plate to keep ya! They NEED you.
