Sigh...
I'm Here. Somebody showed up on time for work this morning with sugar replacing the icewater in her veins. Man I hate this place...

Of course shes going to be all suagry now- she had to know after she left there was a serous discussion about her behavior. Her being nice now shouldnt have any effect on anything that might have been decided on Friday, it should be painfully obvious WHY she is being to sweet.
So shes talking to you now?
No, we're still not speaking. She's a bitch. Sara-- what happened Friday was the same old thing. My boss called the atty that hired her a pussy for not doing anything about her. The same old argument. Then of course the talking me into not quitting because they need me. Some things are never, ever going to change around here. EVER. But I'm not covering for her any more, or making excuses, or calling her for them to wake her up, or making peace with the clients when she's rude to them. My boss agrees with this so we're hoping we can put the pressure on her and force her to quit because the old man who hired her is getting ready to retire and there's just about nothing she can do to make him fire her... it's awfully sad!
WWWOOOOHHHOOOOO you go girl, kick some nasty butt!
Morning, Jaye!
I hope you put the fire under her. Her behavior is just insane and there's no reason for you to have to deal with it.
Wife - you are absolutely right. My boss and I are doing our best right now so that I don't have to deal with it anymore! But we'll see what happens. I'm dealing w/ her differently and feeling more in control but we all know not much is going to really change with her...
and the atty that hired her said what to "defend" her and his decision not to do anything?
Well, with you not covering for her anymore she cant possibly last that much longer. Someone has to do the work she is supposed to do, and if you dont do it, the atty will have to fire her to be able to hire someone who will do the work.
or (god forbid) he will get her an assistant to do the work for her....but that would be just stupid.(then again stupid isnt a stretch at the firm, huh?)
Good for you! Don't cover for her a bit. Let her take her own heat.
What's sad is if she leaves she'll probably get a good reference from those guys and stick it to some other company!
