A bit sticky in the office this morning... By 8:15 boss was yelling at partner because of the...um... thing the sec has let almost expire. He said she "(and I'm gonna try and quote this as close as possible...doesn't do a damn thing around here..." and continued to say "We need to do something about getting her the hell out of here TODAY because as far as I'm concerned she can carry her ass..." She came in and got in my face and threw the file at me. Dunno ...betcha nothing happens...

I hate when nothing gets done!
We grumbled around her about our previous principal, how he was never here, didn't do anything, blah blah blah. He retired and we all threw a party. Then we got the new one. Everyone is now wishing we had the other one back. I don't know how another sec could be much worse than this one, but it is possible, they could hire eye candy that type or walk and chew bubble gum at the same time.
What a bunch of lazya$$------ (well you know what I meant). They are just as bad as her if you ask me. All talk and no action. I hope she lets them burn big time next time. They all can wallow in it.
Do they need help? I will personally come in and fire her. That can be my new job... travelling the globe firing people for others who have no balls.
Isn't that amazing that people who argue and defend for a living are completely unable to follow through with their employees? We had the same problem at my first law firm where our boss would keep complaining about various people and do NOTHING about it until the very last possible moment after the rest of us had gone nuts trying to fix their mistakes. Maybe one of these days you'll get lucky and they will grow some balls! :)
I dont understand, it would make zero difference if she was fired, the same amount of work would get done. Are they keeping her around bc she sleeps with the clients?
